LeAnna Cundiff
Licensed Professional Counselor
Little girls often play dress-up in their mothers’ heels, adoring the women who raise them. I took this role-play a step further, growing up to follow in my mother’s footsteps of dedicating my life to helping others.
For more than a decade, I have been recognized by the state of Arizona as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a Minor in Criminal Justice from Wright University and a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. While I specialize in counseling clients managing depression, anxiety, trauma, and eating disorders, I also work extensively with couples and families.
My life’s purpose is to give my clients the tools to—as my favorite quote says—"be brave enough to heal yourself even when it hurts." Through Life Tapestry, I plan to help you accomplish this tall order, every step of the way.

As a mother, survivor, and woman of faith, I understand the unique weight that women carry. I have walked through the darkest valleys of trauma and depression and emerged stronger. My journey taught me that while we cannot always control what happens to us, we can control how we rebuild.
With over five decades of life experience, including raising seven incredible children, I have learned valuable lessons about resilience, perseverance, and the importance of community. My struggles have equipped me with deep empathy and a desire to help other women navigate their own paths.
As your coach, I walk alongside you, offering guidance and encouragement. Together, we will explore strategies for managing anxiety, building resilience, and cultivating a deeper sense of purpose. I believe in the worth and dignity of every individual, and I am passionate about helping you discover your own strength.
